Start making plans for this year’s Homecoming dance. You are allowed to bring a guest from another school. Please complete the form below and submit it to the front office no later than 1PM on Wednesday, Oct 26, 2022.
To be considered, the application must have a clear copy of a valid driver’s license or photo ID with date of birth attached to this form. All guest
applications are subject to approval by school administration. Providing false information will result in the request being denied. No middle school
students or anyone over the age of 20 will be considered.
